Sophia is a designer extraordinaire, oversees the details to make your day come together seamlessly.
I have always had the entrepreneurial mindset. I envisioned working with others to exceed their expectations, taking that huge step in their lives, offering the perspective, structure, support and guidance. As a bride, Sophia had the first- hand experience of successfully planning her own wedding in 2010, working with vendors, wedding coordinators, ultimately experiencing the joy, love, commitment and value that enrich the union.

As a Consultant my role includes:

Consultations with you via telephone/email

Assistance in budget determination and breakdown as needed

Discussion of theme, color, style and complete wedding design

Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit your event style and budget and provide you with suggestions and guidance in making the final selections

Attendance at vendor appointments of your choice

Professional in-person consultations time throughout the planning process.

Visit to both ceremony and reception sites prior to wedding

Development of a detailed wedding timeline and floor plan for contracted vendors and bridal party

Follow up telephone calls to all contracted vendors 1-2 weeks before wedding day

Wedding Rehearsal Supervision.
