Sophia Rose is a graduate of Adelphi University with a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Trinity International University.
She employs her skills as a Mental Health and Family Therapist to help hurting children and families. She has enjoyed working for diverse community focused organizations and received the All Star Leadership award.

Sophia is described as a dynamic speaker, often speaks at schools, youth retreats, women’s conference, symposiums, and hosts Vessels of Virtue's annual mission/women conferences, and she is the founder of She Emerge Sisterhood, Inc. She recently appeared as a guest on the "Trinity Broadcasting Network" to discuss the topic surrounding miscarriage, and her book "Seasons Change: Wait For It".
In her walk she demonstrates a strong faith in the Almighty One to do all things; genuinely loves young people; down to earth, possessing a real passion for ministry among young people, which she exemplifies in her day to day interaction with them.
Sophia’s favorite scripture is Proverbs 3:5-6 “Trust in the Lord will all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him and he will make your paths straight.
Sophia is now an author, educator, mother, minister, mentor, couple and family therapist, and podcaster.
